Our story
Founded on the desire to help people.
ALH was founded by Managing Director Izzy Whitley on principles of integrity and excellence. Izzy started his working life on a tools-down job site himself, and built ALH to pay forward the opportunity the trades gave him - a way for skilled, hard-working people to find honest work, and a way for businesses to find people who actually show up.
We've grown from one office in Auckland to 11 branches across Aotearoa, and most recently to Queensland. The team's the same. The values are the same.

You get paid weekly for your hard work and, on top of that, receive your holiday pay each week. No waiting around for end-of-year.
