Delete your account

You can delete your Workhr account yourself in the app, or request it here without the app installed.

The fastest way: in the app

Open Workhr, go to More > Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. Your sign-in is removed immediately and your sessions are revoked. You do not need to submit this form as well.

Request deletion from the web

No longer have the app? Enter the email address you signed in with. We reply to that address to confirm it is really you, then complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in and personal profile — login, linked social identities, push notification tokens and message subscriptions.
Your contact link — the connection between your login and any agency records.

What is retained, and why

Attendance and safety records (site sign-ins, health and safety declarations, incident reports) are retained where New Zealand and Australian law requires it — health and safety and employment record-keeping obligations sit with the agencies that employed you. Those records stop being connected to a live login. Agencies also keep their own business ledgers (shifts worked, pay history) as required for tax and employment law. Details in our privacy policy.
